Freight Charges Relating to Warranty Items
Warranty repairs or replacement of goods is free of charge.

Mail Order & Internet Purchases
For orders placed over the internet or via the mail special conditions apply:

• Payment – Via Paypal, bank cheque or mail order.
• Minimum Order Value – For all internet order and purchases received via mail, a minimum order value of $40 applies.
• International Orders – Please contact Two Deaf Frogs if your require your order to be delivered outside of the United States of America.
• Freight and deliveries – All products sold by Two Deaf Frogs are sent via post delivery will generally take 6-8 business days.
• Out of Stock Items – Items are back-ordered and you will be advised when delivery is expected. Payment will only be processed when the goods are available for immediate despatch.
