These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to Two Deaf Frogs’s store which caters for purchase via the internet or mail.
Prices
At Two Deaf Frogs, we make every effort to maintain prices, however factors beyond our control (such as changes in foreign currency exchange rates, changes in base material costs etc.) may vary cost and we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly and without notice.
Product Availability
New Products – Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, new products may be delayed from the time they are posted on the website. These will be marked with a – Coming Soon flag - you will be able to order the product before stock arrives.
Temporarily Out of Stock – There may be times where we cannot supply this item. Mostly, it is only out of stock for a short period of time. If you want more information on when an item will become available again, please email stock@thecube.com.au, include the stock code, and the product description in the subject line and we will reply with an estimated time of arrival of the item.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Two Deaf Frogs product, you must contact Two Deaf Frogs directly for a refund authorization code (RAC). The goods must then be return at your own cost to the Two Deaf Frogs warehouse within 14 calendar days of receipt of the RAC; ensuring to included you contact details reason for returning the stock and RAC. Two Deaf Frogs will exchange your product or offer you a refund based on the condition of the returned product. All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Two Deaf Frogs will charge a 20% fee for every item that is returned due to the consumer changing their mind.
Warranties
Two Def Frogs warranty is to ensure that the books are free from defects and imperfections that prevent the books from being used in a manner which they were designed for. In the event of a defected book please contact Two Deaf Frogs directly for further instructions.
